So the minimum which lukewarmer skeptics like Paterson and Nigel Lawson will allow themselves to believe (1C) involves:
- Water stress for many
- Droughts in mid latitudes
- Increased coral bleaching
- Increased extinctions risk
- Localised loss of food production
- Flood and storm damage
- Increased mortality from extreme events
These risks are what the Secretary of State for the Environment classify under "Not a Problem".
Is he competent to be a Minister?
