Rafsanjani Poised to Outflank Supreme Leader Khamenei:
"Al-Arabiya satellite television news channel reported that a 'high-ranking' source in Qom confirmed that Rafsanjani has garnered enough support to remove Ayatollah Khamenei, but an announcement is being delayed amid differences on what or who should replace the supreme leader."
We live in hope.
Things are happening at two levels. While courageous people are dying on the streets, old men are solemnly talking together to decide who should chair which committee, and who should defer to whom. This is crazy, but this is how things work, not just in Iran, but over here in the West.

Mousavi is the figurehead of the Green Revolution, but when in power will still be going for weaponisable nuclear power.
Even so, he is preferable to Khameni and his glove puppet AhmadiNajad.
