I was searching "global warming consensus", and found this page from a denier.
To summarise his argument:
There is no real consensus on AGW.
If there were, it would be a bad thing.
RL: However:
Consensus is necessary before making the political decision to decarbonise the economy.
Therefore we should never decarbonise the economy, and must live with the consequences.
If the minority view is right, the consequence is a sooner and more acute Peak Oil and Peak Gas.
If the majority view is right, the consequence will be a global catastrophe.
I would rather go along with the majority.
