The leader of Europe must not be a numpty.
Now that Blair's on the dump, we
must hope that van Rompuy
has a wife who's not frumpy
and that she gives rumpy-pumpy
so he's not frustrated and grumpy
otherwise the passage to a European Superstate could end up being bumpy.
