He should in fact be made Cartoonist Laureate. But there is no point in petitioning No 10 for that to happen, as it is an Impossibility.

There will never be a Cartoonist Laureate. But we could set up an Peoples' No 1 Cartoonist, elected by popular acclaim on the interweb, one year term + 1 firkin of ale? We could run to that?
