PM Blair Tom Cat Spray Slur Shock

We read in the Sunday Independent today that a senior Minister in the Government, possibly in the Cabinet, said that the Prime Minister is attempting to "spray around policy initiatives". This must surely indicate the end of the Blair's bloodthirsty regime. Not even Teflon Tony can survive the slur of having his behaviour compared to that of a randy tom cat.
